PS: I got to see a Van Gogh up close and personal at our local museum, and besides looking incredibly like Damien Lewis, the picture was a vision of thick, individual brush strokes that looked like a mess up close until you backed away. Fabulous!!! There were also a bunch of Impressionist paintings, including Renoir, natch, and I kept walking between 3 or 4 paintings with the security guard watching intently. *L*

YAAAAAYYY!!! That was the best post ever–now I have thorough documentation of how we spent every day of your visit! I was thrilled and honored to be your tour guide for your first trip ever to my fair city. But now you must come back in the springtime to see the whole population of Manhattan crammed into Central Park, and to eat our cupcakes in the warm sunshine. That is, if your friends allow you to come back again–and seriously, no amount of story-telling could possibly compare to the lengthy wait at Conan. And I had to go to the bathroom the whole time!!!
I miss you, my dear! Come back soon!

These saunas (Infrared) definatly have advantages. They are not the same experience as the traditional “can you stand the heat” saunas but in a flat there is no beating the convenience and ease of stetting them up. I happen to prefer the traditional “wet” sauna but that is not always and option. Good luck with your own localized attempt at global warming.
